Yes, men can definitely eat regular and moderate amount of soya products without any guilt. Consuming soya in moderation have no side effects on sexuality of men. Soya products are high in protein and fiber, consuming 1 or 3 portions a day is recommended.

20 gm of Soya which is in processed form can be taken daily by men's. Along with it manage good Exercise schedule too.

Hello, Soya products are good for health.They are healthy for both men and women.They are rich in proteins and fibers.you can take 100 to 150gms of Soya products daily.Those suffering from thyroid should avoid or restrict eating soya product's.
