Sound while moving my joints

From last few months i am having sound while moving my joints like while walking sound comes from left knee and sometimes wrist and elbow joint?? Which supplement should i use???

Hi goodevng sounds without pain is absolutely normal also called as snapping syndrome if you have any pain along with sound there is some pathology
