Sore throat with allergic cough
I'm suffering allergic cough and cold whenever season changes. The cough continues to happen . This same type of cold and cough happen to very often in season changes. How to create best immunity to not getting this allegic cough and sore throat?

You may be having seasonal allergies which are causing cough and other symptoms.You can start using histafree -M 120/10 once a day for a few weeks and ascoril L syrup .Get your CBC checked for eosinophil count raise ,if yes get an IgE test .

Good nutritious diet. Physical activity at least 5 times a week. Avoid alcohol and tobacco. Tea, coffee in moderation. Have green vegetables and fresh fruits. Keep yourself well hydrated. This should look after your immunity.

The best way to prevent allergic cough and congestion is to identify and avoid the allergen. Mostly in seasonal variation it is pollen or other kinds of seasonal allergen, so use mask whenever outside, avoid dust and smoke. Wash your hands well and maintain personal hygiene. To strengethen gross immunity, maintain hydration, eat green vegetables, and eat citrus fruits.
