I have sore Throat from yesterday night and I want to take zincovit and Riboflavin tablets,how many times in a day should I take these tablets

Betadine gargle twice daily for 7 days,Tab Montair lc 1 tab once daily at night for 7 days,Continue multivitamins and take cap Pan D 1 cap once daily empty stomach for 7 days .

Any other symptoms apart from sore throat ? ... Any history of contact with a covid pt ? ...plz provide more details ... U can take zincovit once a day , don't take both as zincovit itslef has all vitamin supplements ... Although it won't have much effect in sore throat ... But no harm in taking zincovit ... Plz consult an ent specialist for proper medication

if there is sorethroat there might be infection and by taking vitamin supplements it may not relieve symptoms mam... plz use mild painkiller along with warm salt water gargles twice daily for 7 days.... you can take vitamin supplements if you want mam no problem
