Small sores on mouth joining
I used to get mouth sores randomly but it disappears now i got sores small small as pin all these are joining together. Mostly i dont feel any pain since under my tongue. Its concerning me any issue or canker sores. Sores appear for last 2 days now joining together . Image for reference

This looks like aphthous ulcer Try taking tab rebagen 1-0-1x5 day Polybion syp 10 ml 1-1-1x5 days Tess ointment l/a 1-1-1x5 days Usually, it will subside within one week if not, kindly consult with Ent doctor
