Hi I can understand it must be very difficult for you But birads 2 indicates benign lesion and its not too much to worry about and pain with the lump is uncommon. Pain may be present during ovulation that is 14 days after your periods, it is normal. Other than that if you have pain do consult The risk of transformation to cancer is very less. You have to do mammogram every 6 months once. Still if you experience any pain kindly connect and consult with me and share the report, I'll help with the treatment

BIRADS 2 indicates benign findings on mammography, which is reassuring. The breast pain on pressure you're experiencing is likely unrelated to the imaging findings. However, if the pain persists, worsens, or you notice any new lumps or discharge, I'd recommend a clinical examination. Otherwise, follow standard screening guidelines as per your age and risk factors.

You can learn self breast examination in YouTube or consult a general surgeon for that matter and can easily examine yourself regularly at home. Since your scan report says BIRADS 2, it is a benign lesion probably fibroadenoma/fibroadenosis. It is better to use breast support with sports brassier while awake. For pain, capsules containing evening primrose oil can be used.
Next Steps
you can consult a general surgeon and get yourself examined. the scan can be repeated after a year.

Your BIRADS 2 means benign findings – no cancer risk. Breast pain only on pressing is common, usually hormonal or fibrocystic. No lump, discharge, or skin changes = very reassuring. No routine follow-up imaging needed for BIRADS 2.
Next Steps
Under 40? → Yearly clinical exam + self-check. 40+? → Start annual mammogram as advised. Pain likely due to cycle, caffeine, stress, or muscle strain. Try reducing caffeine/salt, wear good bra, warm compress. Can take Evening Primrose Oil (ask doctor). Do monthly self-exam after periods. See doctor only if new lump, discharge, or constant pain. No worry now – BIRADS 2 is safe. Next check: Annual exam or at age 40 for screening. Pain bothersome? → Visit gynecologist for meds. 99.9% benign – stay calm, stay aware.
