My nephew is 7 months old .he is suffering from 101.2 degree fever and loose motions today in the morning blood came with stool. What is the reason and what should I do

Bloody diarrhea with fever is not rare in children. It's due to infection mostly. Meet a pediatric doctor in person for medication and further treatment. Because some times condition may worsen over time. For temporary management- give ORS (50 ML per KG BODY WEIGHT per DAY) Zinc sulphate syrup 5mg/kg body weight once a day Sporlac Syrup 1 ml twice a day Paracetamol syrup 15mg/kg body weight thrice a day
