Hi you can reduce weight bhut not sure about height . For gass u hv to avoid strong spices n tea coffee . Include Saif daily several times

Hi U didn't mention ur height.u need to reduce ur weight bt without knowing ur lifestyle pattern not possible to suggest u anythng. In general, u need to tk more protein,less carbs ND gud fats.Do sm exercise daily ,even with stretching ND playing basketball ball u can increase ur height ND reduce ur weight simultaneously

Hello dear Plz u should concern abt this. For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk food and oily food. Add plenty of water.

You need take low carb and low fat diet... Do more exercise..like walking, jogging, skipping,crunches.  Have some detox water Eat more fruits Eat more vegetables... Have more water
