Soft Tissue injury at lower back-Spine
I had an injury 2 weeks back and hospitalised for 7 days. Doctor discharged me and advised to take rest. MRI Report: Fracture along left transverse process of L2,L3,L4 vertebrae. Now I can walk slowly and can sit a bit. Can I get a certificate from doctor to start working from home (on my computers)? Please advise. Thanks.

You can start working from home. But don't sit more than 20-30 minutes at a stretch. Take a break, stretch out and come back and sit. Start light physiotherapy. Click on this link to read more about taking care of your back http://neurospineclinic.in/resource/spine/back-back-dos-donts/
