Social anxiety, negative thoughts
Im socially phobic but I want to be more social friendly as to boost my work and I also have obsessive thoughts which are generally negative. I just tend to lay down at bed my productivity is very less. There are short spans of positivity and productivity but doesn't last long.

When your mind is occupied by thoughts that are counter productive it is best to look at what thoughts, situations or people can help us get to touch upon our best of abilities. Be with people who help you and inspire you. With regards to you social anxiety i would recommend you to consult a psychologist.
