Hi, I am sorry you are feeling this way. I am sure this is tough. It looks like there is some fear in the subconscious mind that seeks a release. The fear could be about being judged in a social setting or what they are going to think about me or will they like me. We have to create a safe space and then process the underlying fear and other emotions stored. Hi Psychotherapy is an effective treatment for social anxiety. To feel better consult a psychologist. With counselling sessions you can gradually work on overcoming social anxiety. Don’t put too much pressure on yourself and consider yourself to be an important person.

The initial phase will be to lower the symptoms by anti anxiety medication. Following that consult a Clinical Psychologist in order to deal with the severity of the symptoms.

Techniques such as deep breathing, Progressive deep muscles Relaxation as well as biofeedback will help to lower the panic symptoms.
