If it is not possible to go see someone in person, you could try calling the iCall psychosocial helpline run by the Tata institute of social sciences, mumbai. This helpline is run by trained mental health professionals and they should be able to guide you further. You can find the helpline number by searching google or Facebook. The helpline timings are mon-sat, 8 am to 10 pm.
