Greetings, I think i suffer social anxiety and depression. Every day at morning and also at 16 p.m. my anxiety is going in. I start to shake, my hands are sweaty, cold hands and legs, fatigue all over day even when sleeping enough. I rather not speak to people at all, I hate when someone is watching me as I'm doing something (for example at work). I read a lot about social anxiety disorder and pretty much all the symptoms match to mine's. Is here any solution without visiting psychiatrist?

There are symptoms of anxiety and depression which will surely require medical intervention. If you don't want to visit a Psychiatrist then you may have to live with problems and messing your life further.
Don't have any apprehension about Psychiatrist and treatment. If not now then it will be never.
