I am an extensive anxiety & anger patient by genetically,my family members(brother/sisters) also bearing this curse which came from my father,their problem have undetermined by any medical professional but this is my guess & most probably this is right,they are also not aware about this,they don't know the reason for their fear to go public contact,even I didn't knew this before started my treatment,at first I visited to a homeopathic practitioner & then to a mental specialist in my locality,but unfortunately both are failed to diagnose my actual problem,then I met to Dr. Satyajit Ash,he diagnosed my problem as "social phobia with depression",by his suggested medicine I got pretty relief from intense fear & depression,but overall quality of my life has not changed so much as my quality & expectations,moreover in recent he closed his clinic in haldia & I have to search for a new psychiatrist,I also gained some knowledge that "CBT" is much helpful to control & cure of social anxiety...is

Sir as you continue your treatment will only help you. Yes CBT is very helpful. You connect with me online for a CBT training. You will also have to continue your medication and review with the doctor.
