I am not able too loose Stomach fat it's so much Bloating Tried too much Dieting but Nothing Worked .

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Ask me directly  for customized diet plan for you.

Stop eating junk , sweets , sodas , maida , any outside food . Salty chips etc . Take light dinner n early too . Limit tea n coffee. Do walk n yoga . If still gaining weight then consult personally for proper guidance and help. Eat well live Nutrigenious

Fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach. Following a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first class proteins(dairy ,eggs,chicken etc), reduced carbohydrates(white rice,poha etc) & healthy fats(almonds,walnuts etc) along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help. You cannot target specific areas, fat is lost uniformly, but it may appear to go faster from the areas where you store less than the problem areas. Be consistent and patient. Get blood investigations done to check deficiencies . Avoid deep fried and salt rich food completely. In order to reduce your stomach fat, you need to eat correct food groups and not follow dieting per se. Without proper exercise regimen and food therapy as per your constitution, you cannot reduce stomach fat . Bloating could be due to indigestion   which is the route cause fat gain.

Reduce your salt sugar and oil completely. Start regular exercise. Eat small frequent meals and avoid over eating.

Hello, weight loss is a slow process, especially the loss of fats from the area around the stomach. Start doing exercises focusing on the muscles of the stomach. Increase the intake of 1st class protein, coming from low fat animal sources, or form a blend of cereals and pulses. Don't cut down the carbohydrates, instead, make sure you have the right carbs, that is the complex ones, that comes from whole grains. Reduce the intake of fats coming from visible sources, that is from cooking oil, ghee, butter, etc. Avoid the processed foods. Decrease the quantity of food you have in each meal, but increase the frequency of the meals. All these points would help you achieve your weight status.
