I got to use above medicines weekly once or twice but now a days I'm getting symptoms too often so I'm using daily. Is it ok ? 2. From 2 month I'm getting cough with mucus, when ever phlegm clears from body then only coughing stops. If I ate sweets or cold drinks then next couple of days continuously coughing with phlegm. Hi 1. You seem to be having 'persistent moderate allergic rhinitis'. But please see an ENT specialist to rule out sinusitis by a nasal endoscopy. Please continue using a corticosteroid based nasal spray daily. Montelukast with anti histamine too can be continued for better control. 2. You seem to be having UACS - Upper Airway Cough syndrome; yes it could be related to your atopy/uncontrolled rhinitis causing post nasal drip and throat irritation. If you feel you have food allergy- consult a Pulmonologist for a food allergy skin test Thank you
