Hello. After going through your message I feel that you are suffering from Allergic Rhinosinusitis. Due to blocked nose there may be snoring at night. Nothing to worry. Better to consult a pulmonologist or an ENT doctor for further testing and advice.
Next Steps
Consult a pulmonologist or an ENT doctor at the earliest
