Hi,
To know the exact treatment options and approximate cost, first her present dental health needs to be evaluated.
After knowing the condition if her teeth and gums a treatment plan can be given.
Some options are..
1. Fixed orthodontic treatment
2. Clear aligners
3. Crowns

Before we can give straight up treatment options, she would need to undergo a full examination which includes her general health status, her clinical condition of her mouth etc. After this she would need to undergo a dental cleaning procedure and further assessment of the health status of the gums and the underlying structures. Following this further treatment needs would be planned and executed. I can see a few teeth are missing and gaps between the front teeth as well, so after the gum health is established, she would need to undergo either implants/crown and bridge for replacement of the missing teeth. The front teeth can be managed only after her gums are healthy.
