irregular ortho treatment will leads to give results like this what you said, but we can manage that by first seeing opg x ray after that we can either go for root canal treatment and putting bridge or else we can go for ceramic veneering if the space is little bit .

Hi. You can go for smile designing to correct the shape and size of your teeth as well as the spacing between them. It won't be a long procedure like orthodontics and can be completed in 2-3 sittings.
It can be done in a variety of ways such as direct veneering via composites or indirect veneering via ceramics.
If you have left ortho treatment half way, try to finish it. Ortho problems donot really have an alternative way of treatment, unless minor.
Most of the time, teeth / smile appear better after ortho. If your teeth are making you less confident/depressed, your should aim at early correction
1. Teeth issues can be treated with orthodontic treatment
2. Crowns n veneers can also b an option for small teeth n spacing ( although many other factors r to b considered)
3. Gummy smile can be corrected by
a) BOTOX
b) surgically
Dentistry has improved in past decade, get ur confident smile created, along with a dimple if u want.... Hope it's helpfull....
