Hi, my anomaly scan report says small perimembranous vsd of 2.3mm and intracardiac echogenic focus in the left ventricle. Pls suggest as I'm stressed

Please do nothing, because even if you feel unduly stressed you can do nothing about it. VSD will most likely close by the 30th week. Only in a very small percentage it may persist till delivery and then also no Surgeon is going to do a surgery straight away. They will wait.
