That's a normal anatomical finding on sonography. Need not worry about it. You have been diagnosed with Kidney stones. Drink plenty of water and take medication for symptoms as prescribed.

U have renal stones in both the kidneys
But no need to worry it remove on its own since its very small size
Drink plenty of fluids and always remain hydrated
