Small lump in groin area
A week before I felt a small peanut size lump on left side of pubic area near 2-3 cm of penis. The lump is slightly painful upon pressing but if rubbed on the area it pains more. When pressed slightly from underside it causes pain towards veins passing in left thigh. It hasn't changed in shape nor it goes away in sleeping position. It does not pain when coughing or passing stool. No constipation, fever, pain in abdominal area is present since I found the lump. If possible please prescribe a temporary medicine, for a week I'm working onsite and won't be able to visit my family physician.

It appears to be a bacterial infection of skin. No need to worry at all. Apply antibiotic cream whichever is available at your home.
