Age 50 A small fissure but unbearable pain taking taking pain killers from 2 days and sitting in hot water but no relief.. What to do now? Is surgery recommend? If yes surgery costs around?

Small fissure can be cured ..no surgery needed. Apply anovate twice daily Sitz bath and take fibre rich foods (fruits and vegetables)..

Do not jump in to surgery directly, this can be managed with medication only . U r taking wrong medication painkiller will no help in anal fissure pain. Dietary modification supplemented by medication is the mainstay of treatment. Feel free to consult with detail history
