Small Endometriotic cyst right ovary
How much is the cost of laproscopy test to check if I have endometriosis or not ? I have severe back pain,shortness breath, pelvic light cramps , heaviness and sensation in pelvic as if I'm always on period . Pain during constipation.
Septic abortion, Mt,uti,pid,fluid in dhouglas... took all the medicine, had no. Of test .found out in mri I only have cyst in right ovary , can it be endometriosis? Because my docter is saying pain is not because of cyst ? Is that possible?

Have you got any USG done??
Just only to visualise if endometriosis is there or not laparoscopy is not recommended. If it is confirmed that endometriosis is there then laparoscopy is useful .
Please attach reports of mri or USG which has been done
