Small echogenic focus noted on fetal LV
Hello doctor, main abhi 32weeks pregnant hu. Mera dual marker test low risk hai and anomaly scan test normal hai, but 23 weeks mein one small echogenic focus noted on left ventricle.. I've attached fetal echocardiography scan report, kindly check and tell is there any conserns? I'm worried

Don’t worry about the small focus
it is very common finding in such ultrasounds
such problem can get resolved on its own with time as the baby grows and the heart grows so don’t worry.

This is a fairly common finding. Not very significant. You should tell the Sonologist about this when you go for next sonography.
It doesn't affect Foetal growth.

80-90 % ofthe times, its normal, no need to worry, after delivery they cam check again if your still anxious
