My wife is 21 weeks pregnant in anomaly ultrasound "Echogenic intra cardiac focus is noted in left ventricle "
I have attached the ultrasound report
Me and wife are cousins plz let me know if this is the serious concern.

Echogenic intracardiac focus is often seen in ultrasound scan for pregnancy. It is not managed during pregnancy. After delivery we have to tell the sonologist about this finding.
