My sister is 6th months pregnant, her anamoly scan and fetal echo scan looks good with no abnormalities but has an isolated finding of echogenic cardiac focus on left ventricle, is it something to worry. Can someone explain in detail please?

It is a fairly common finding. It is generally not associated with any problem with the baby. You should tell your Paediatrician about this at the time of baby birth.
