Isloated finding of echogenic cardiac

Asked for Female, 27 Years

My sister is 6th months pregnant, her anamoly scan and fetal echo scan looks good with no abnormalities but has an isolated finding of echogenic cardiac focus on left ventricle, is it something to worry. Can someone explain in detail please?
