1.First you need to maintain hygiene. Shave the genital area. Clean with dettol and water 2. If itching is uncontrolled as you mentioned that means that there is infection which is persistent and can aggravate . It can also cause urinary tract infection 3. Consult for more discussion

Hi, Small cracks with itching and burning around the vulva are most often due to fungal infection (Candidiasis), but sometimes can also occur with eczema, irritant dermatitis, or bacterial infection. Since Candid cream alone isn’t helping, you’ll likely need a combination treatment — antifungal with mild steroid for inflammation and an oral antifungal tablet for faster relief. Please avoid soaps or intimate washes, wear cotton undergarments, and keep the area dry and clean. Don’t apply multiple creams together. To get a precise prescription and rule out secondary infection, kindly take a private consultation with me directly on WhatsApp – eight zero zero nine eight two one double three two for detailed evaluation and fast recovery.

Since candid cream isn’t helping, you should see a gynecologist. Keep the area clean and dry, avoid scented soaps, and they can check for infection, dermatitis, or other causes and give the right treatment.
Next Steps
See a gynaecologist
