Small capacity urinary bladder problem
My son of age 29 years can not store urine more than 200ml since last 12 years . But no burning, no pain.Sometimes less than 200ml urine but still severe urge of urine and some drop of leakage of urine. Whenever urge is coming it is so intense he needs to run to toilet to pass urine. He can not delay just 10 seconds. He is treated by a classical homoeopath for last 1 years who prescribe only single medicine according to patient's constitution and miasom. His prescribed medicines are - causticum , medorrinum , cantharis, Argentum nitricum, thuja, Natrum Mur one by one within 1 year. But still no change. Is it possible to increase bladder capacity. Once USG is done 5 years ago which shows bladder normal.

Storage is different and bladder valve is different. Which are weak and give signal to brain whenever slight urine is fill. Although homoeopathic medicine give wonderful result in such type of cases. Bt alone homoeopathic medicine is not sufficient. Routine and diet habit is also change then only medicine work.

Namaskaram sir,. Signs and symptoms you described are more prone to overactive bladder. Overactive bladder occurs less often among young adults, but it can still happen. Causes may include: weak bladder muscles, which can be caused by being overweight damage to nerves that control urination, which may result from certain conditions long-term constipation genetics surgery that damages the pelvic floor muscles blockage from an enlarged prostate in men, though this is more common in older adults
Next Steps
-Try for pelvic floor muscles exercises,. -Wearing absorbent pads or undergarments can protect your clothing and help you avoid embarrassing incidents, which means that you won't have to limit your activities. Absorbent garments come in a variety of sizes and absorbency levels

It may not necessarily be problem with bladder capacity vs irritable / overactive bladder or it may also be due to prostate problems. For further evaluation and treatment consult online in private with details of the condition.
