I am going through physiotherapy 1 week for slip disc there is no pain now but sometime i feel l am getting needles in back. I have a VITAMIN D 7.68 NO meds for it and urine infection

Low vitamin D can cause some times generalized body pains, you need to get treated for that. Some times some non specific back pains and neck pain will get relieved with vit. D
How do you know you have urine infection, have you done any test for that. If some microbe is grown in urine you need to use appropriate tr. For that
