It's been few days (10) wherein I m not able to sleep. I m going to bed on regular time , but cannot sleep whole night. My body is relaxing, but mind is not sleeping. I spoke to family physician and he asked me to take meloset 3mg daily. I m taking it, however it's not constantly working for me. Some days I get sleep and some days I do not even after taking meloset 3mg. I m not going through any tension also to understand sleeplessness. Really worried thinking whats the cause for it and want my sleep back as earlier. Pls help me.

Brisk walk in evening.
Hot bath before going to sleep.
Massage of body before bed time.
Reading a book in bed. ( Not on phone, laptop or Kindle).
Keep your phone away and TV off before sleeping.
Reduce your caffeine intake. Don't consume caffeine at night.
Stop smoking if you do.
Avoid alcohol.
Drink plenty of water.
Have a balanced diet.
Take your medicine at least an hour before going to bed.
