Sleepless nights and depression
I'm facing sleepless nights and a serious hair loss, pimples and much more. I can't stop thinking about all the stupid people or so called friends who left me for no reason. I feel alone and I don't feel like doing anything. I don't know how to face people and social media . I have switched off my phone since 1 and half day and the only solution to face all of this is I thought I should ignore everything and everyone by being inactive and switching off my phone. I don't feel nice or confident about myself. I feel alone and dumb too. I don't know what to do now and what all things are going to happen further. I'm just alone and worried.
