My mother has been struggling to fall asleep most of the days. Sometimes she just can't fall sleep and is restless and sometimes she keeps on waking up throughout the night. Her stress levels are not that high and we have tried magnesium supplements and even melatonin supplement, which help sometimes but she still struggles with sleep. She has a desk job so has to sit 7-8 hrs on avg per day. What would be the next suggested course of action here? If we need to consult, what kind of doctor would be recommended? Neuro!?
