There are devices available which can decrease your snoring intensity like nasal strips or snoring mouth pieces, which are available readily. As of your drowsiness problem, are you falling asleep during your work and at inappropriate places and inappropriate timings?

Hello there. Snoring happens when you because when you sleep, the soft palate vibrates with the breath you take. That vibration is causing the snoring. Take a extra pillow, don't sleep.immediately after food. If you face a problem of blocked nose then you can apply a Vicks vaporub. Consult a ENT surgeon for further help. Regards
