Sleep is the one of the imp factor to maintain a good health.... In begining sleep is a normal symptom but if u not control over at these stage then it may be the cause of other diseases...its better to control it...and u only can fell that if ur sleep is  not completed then ur whole day its like u dnt feel any freshness and u will be lazy in ur day to day work also...so sleep is must...and day sleep cant be compare with night sleep...
