Sleep cycle
My sleep cycle totally gone wrong , i don't get sleep till 5 to 6am , every time tried to sleep around 12am to 1am but it didn't happens

Go to bed at the same time every day, avoid using mobile, TV, Tea, coffee before going to sleep. Avoid any Streefull work/thought before going to sleep. Do moderate physical activity after your evening meal. If all doesn't help seek medical consultation.
