I am grinding my teeth in sleep combined with loud snoring. Every morning i feel a mild headache near my right forehead. What medications can I take to stop sleep apnea?

Hello sir. For managing grinding teeth, you must pay a visit to a dentist as it may be a problem with the joints. As far as snoring is considered, you'll have to visit an ENT Specialist. No medications can be given over-the-counter without consulting a physician.

Due to clenching habit,there is referred pain in your head .you should wear nightgaurd for night.go and have checkup with dentist.
