Hey!
I have acne prone skin and have been using these skincare steps for the last 2 years which are toner, niacinamide serum, moisturizer, spf 50. But still i have acne on my face around my mouth. Can you please let me know why this happens and if there are any preventive measures which i can take to reduce it in future because this thing has been consistent.

also if acne happening repeatedly, need to rule out hormonal imbalance /pcod etc.
