Skin rash on face
I have redness and rash on my chin and forehead area. My skin has gotten bumpy. Which has never happened before. It's irritating and itchy. Ive tried taking Allegra, and nothing has helped, this happened 3 days ago. And I've taken 1 Allegra everyday since then. I started retinal recently for my dark circles but I only apply them in under eye. Idk why this has happened

This looks like irritant/contact dermatitis (likely reaction to skincare product, possibly retinal or something spreading from it). The redness, bumps, and itching suggest skin barrier irritation rather than allergy alone (which is why Allegra hasn’t helped much)
