Hi good afternoon Thnxs for your question I think Its God's gift and u should respect it because of carrier i think u should not abort this pregnancy. U both can cont ur work if course of pregnancy will run smoothly. Near delivery and after delivery ur wife can get maternity leave and take care baby. And at the same time u can cont. Ur work. After all in future this things will come. Than why not plan this time. That's my suggestion. Final call u can take. This is your first pregnancy and you have completed 11 weeks. Theoretically there are methods to terminate a big pregnancy but they are not always 100% safe. They may lead to complications which may also result in infertility. So I feel that you should try terminating such a big pregnancy only if you are prepared to take all risks. So, please continue this pregnancy. With a big pregnancy, career should take the backseat.
