Hi, I have undergone tiffa scan at 18 weeks and it says single umbilical artery. NT and dual marker test results are normal and all the factors in tiffa are also normal except SUA. Are there any precautions that I should take for successful pregnancy? Please suggest.

You should forget it for the time being.
In a very large percentage of cases the diagnosis of "single umbilical artery" may be wrong.
And in most of the cases a single umbilical artery is not associated with any abnormality in the baby.
In short, a "single umbilical artery" is not a indication for pregnancy termination.
