Side effect of iron tablet during preg
I am 25 weeks pregnant.
I am low in iron as per my lab results.
Iron tablet causes me bad nausea and acidity. I have already changed my iron tablet 3 times. I was told not to take pan 40 by my doctor as it reduces absorption of iron.
Can I take pan 40 empty stomach in the morning and iron tablet + Folvite mb with lemon water 1 hour after lunch?
My entire day is ruined because of how I feel because of this medicine. Thank you .

You may try iron syrup, it may help in some cases. If nothing orally is suitable your doctor may consider iron infusion
