Shoulders pain
Since two weeks both the shoulder blades paining more on shoulder tip. After touching or slightly pressing that is more painful. At night pain comes in upper arm as well not able to sleep at night properly please help.

Check your posture . It may be arising due to postural instabilities or sometimes it can be due to gas. Consult a physiotherapist or an orthopedic doctor so that you can get your posture evaluated

This wont happens untill you a obese or working style or family history of arthritis, if you need proper treatment answer to these are to be known. Or you can consult in person at nearest physiothetapy centre or neuro physician for proper diagnosis and treatment.

✔️You should go for ice application on painful site ✔️Scapular strengthening exercise like      Scapular blade squeezing exercise      Shoulder girdle exercise      Shoulder shrug exercise      Rowing exercise ✔️Avoid sleeping on painful shoulder ✔️If you can visit physiotherapist near you then you can even go for some modalities which would be helpful for pain relief
