I had an injury 2.5 months back. The report says non displaced tear of posterior labrum, 7-12 o clock. Is orthoscopy required for it, or can it be healed on its own. I feel pain and weakness in shoulder.

You may start graded physiotherapy along with anti inflammatory medicines. Normally it should work. but if no relief, then arthroscopic repair is indicated.
