Last 2 months ago I was injuerd and had a shoulder injury after that m suffering from bicipital tendonitis and brusitis and have a thicheness of tear in gangleon lambur and a 4-5 mm sized fluid filler cyst .what should I do in this condition it's very painful for me can it's treated medically without surgery
