Post surgery, we usually recommend 4-6 weeks of immobilization followed by 4 weeks of assisted and active ramge of motion exercises. This is followed by strengthening exercises. She would take about 8-10 weeks atleast to be able to do most of activities of daily living.
U should go to the Physiotherapist for better n fast recovery after surgery. Only physiotherapy can help in regaining strength n flexibility n fast recovery.
