In past 1.5 years I dislocated( partially not fully) my shoulder 6 times.. This is my MRI report and x-Ray doctor told no tear.. Only muscle weakness so physical therapy is needed and told if physical therapy won't stop subluxations then i may have to under go key hole surgery Is it possible subluxations without any tear?? Fresh one ( subluxation) i had today in the morning🙁 Please tell me what best can done to fix my shoulder problem. .. Or I have deal with it lifetime

Ur mri says the rotator cuff is normal , which generally is torn in case of dislocations , I would suggest a good physiotherapist instead of any medicine for you ,I think it is just strain over the shoulder and neck ,
