See Ur doctor again. I wonder y u used Ur hand for fast throwing action. U might need a surgery again. But u also need to modify Ur lifestyle with respect to shoulder.

Hello ,
We need to reasses your shoulder with a nee MRI and figure out what the issue is even after surgery. Usually a bony bankart lesion causes this issue and needs to be addresses by a more radical open procedure like the Latarjet surgery for recurrent shoulder dislocation.
