In one match I dived to catch a ball and I hurt my shoulder, at that movement I exercised for 2/5 minute and everything went well but after that day I'm having problems in my shoulder while throwing the ball . I'm not able to throw the ball very fast as I was used to before I got hurt

It's pleasure to treat sports person, however why the district team didn't have physiotherapist. It really unexpected the sports injury in ground. Now a days all are known important of physiotherapy.
Anyway you had rotator cuff injury very common for all sports. (Esp. Cricket, Boxing, Tennis, etc...)
Please follow the below things carefully.
1. Apply ice therapy over shoulder region
2. Apply RICE method for acute condition for next 36 - 48 Hours
3. Once pain subsided start the ligamental strengthening exercise
4. Apply tapping after exercise
5. MFR will help you reduce the stiffness on surrounding structure
