Shoulder Problem
I'm Rathod Dhaval and I play cricket for Morbi District Cricket Team. In one match I dived to catch a ball and I hurt my shoulder, at that movement I exercised for 2/5 minute and everything went well but after that day I'm having problems in my shoulder while throwing the ball . I'm not able to throw the ball very fast as I was used to before I got hurt
