Shoulder injury(cricket related problem)
Dr sir, when i throw a cricket ball i feel lot of trouble in the shoulder, and it remains for longer time,i use lot of home remedies like give sholder massage with ice and warm bag,but these are temporarily.i want permant solutionmplz help out this problem

You need to strengthen your rotator cuff muscles. These are the main muscles that support your shoulder. Along with this you need to do training for your form of bowling. And also specific muscle training for that.
